QUALIFIED REFERRALS
Clear rules keep attribution and rewards fair.
New relationshipThe organization cannot already be an active CertOS customer or an existing qualified sales opportunity.
First valid referral wins attributionIf multiple people refer the same organization, the first valid referral is used.
60-day qualification periodThe referred organization must remain a paid customer for at least 60 days before payout eligibility.
No self-referralsYou cannot refer yourself or an organization you own solely to receive a referral reward.
Reward capStandard referral rewards are capped at $500 per qualified organization.
Payment verificationRefunded, canceled, fraudulent or unpaid accounts do not qualify for a reward.
